2013 Berlin Youth Football & Cheerleading Pizza Fundraiser
This is designed to be used toward the participant’s Registration Fee
Who: Any Berlin Bulldog Football Player or Cheerleader that is registered for the 2013 Season
What: Sell Pizzas
When: Sell pizzas until May 3, 2013
Pizzas being made from 8:00 AM until Noon on Saturday, May 18, 2013
The pizzas must be picked-up at this time
Where: Forms (along with all money) to be turned in to Bob Malchetske at
Farmers and Merchant Financial Center (across from Berlin Lanes) by May 3, 2013

Why: To help relieve your registration fee cost
There are 6 different 12 inch pizzas being offered: Cheese, Pepperoni, Sausage,
Sausage/Pepperoni, Sausage/Mushroom, and Supreme*.
The pizza order form and all money must be turned in by May 3, 2013. These can be
turned into Bob Malchetske at Farmers and Merchant Financial Center (across from
Berlin Lanes).
At least one parent and the participant should be present to help make the pizzas (you will be
helping to make all the pizzas sold, not just the ones you sold). It is a very fun and rewarding
experience. $2.00 of every pizza sold will be refunded (up to the full registration fee) back to the
participant the day that pizzas are made to help defray their registration cost.
SPECIAL NOTE: If the family is not present on May 18th to help make the pizzas they will only
be refunded $0.50 per pizza.
The pizzas MUST be picked up on May 18th by the time we are finished making them
(around noon). If you are unable to help make the pizzas you will need to schedule someone
to pick up the pizzas on your behalf.
PIZZA-MAKING IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please bring containers or bags to take the
pizzas home in on the day that we make them. If you have long hair it must be tied back, if you
have short hair you must wear a baseball hat or you will be provided with a hair net. Gloves will
be provided. The more people that come and help that day the sooner we can get done.
Pizza Prices
• 12 inch Cheese: 3 for $18.00 or $6.25 each
• 12 inch Pepperoni or 12 inch Sausage: 3 for $20.00 or $7.00 each
• 12 inch Sausage/Pepperoni or 12 inch Sausage/Mushroom: 3 for $21.00 or $7.25 each
• 12 inch Supreme*: 3 for $24.50 or $8.50 each
THESE PIZZAS ARE MADE FRESH
When you turn in your order make sure the money is attached. Turn in by May 3, 2013.
